Haunted Tattoo Shop
I thought I’d play into all the Halloween fun and do a spooky post for Halloweek. Whether you’re a skeptic or a believer, this is the season to indulge in spooky!
Zone 13 is a tattoo shop with a unique pest problem. Despite all they have to offer, including a gallery of artifacts collected from all over the world, they’re starting to be most well known as New Jersey’s haunted tattoo shop. Sophia Wescott, a co-owner of Zone 13 told ABC news that the haunting occurrences started to happen during their renovation of the previously abandoned building. Reportedly, the most haunted part of the shop is the staircase and the upstairs library. Employees frequently hear footsteps on the stairs when no one is there and feel eyes on them around the shop.
What’s particularly creepy about this haunting are the reports of being touched. Many clients and employees feel shoulder taps or touches when seemingly alone. Co-owner Dale has even been scratched by one of the ghosts. Few have even seen some of the spirits, claiming that one active one is that of a small girl in a white dress, she has been seen throughout the shop, with a lot of her activity being on the stairs.
